Privacy policy

This page explains what our website collects, how we use it and the choices you have.
Who we are
This is the website of Oregon Tile & Design LLC, the tile, flooring and countertop showroom at 1947 Claxter Rd NE, Salem, OR 97301. You can reach us at hello@oregontiledesign.com or (503) 871-0608.
What we collect
When you send a request through our form, we get what you enter: your name, phone number and email address, what you’d like help with, the kind of project, the days and times that work for a visit, and your message.
Our site also uses Google Analytics and the Meta Pixel. Both use cookies and similar technology to record things like the pages you visit, the device and browser you use, and whether you send a request or tap our phone number.
How we use it
We use your request to answer you and to follow up about your project. The form is emailed to our shop inbox, and we keep it in the systems we use to track and answer requests.
Analytics show us which pages people use and how our ads are doing. Meta may also use what the Pixel collects here, along with what it collects on other websites, to measure ads and choose which ads to show you. You can read how Google uses information from sites that use its services (opens in a new tab).
Who we share it with
We share it only with the companies that run these tools for us: the services that host our website, deliver our email and keep track of requests, plus Google and Meta. We don’t sell your information.
Your choices
- Google’s Analytics opt-out browser add-on (opens in a new tab) stops Google Analytics from recording your visits.
- Meta’s ad preferences (opens in a new tab) let you limit ads based on your activity on other websites. You can also opt out of interest-based ads from many companies on the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out page (opens in a new tab).
- You can block or delete cookies in your browser’s settings.
- To see, correct or delete what you’ve sent us, email hello@oregontiledesign.com.
How long we keep it
We keep your request as long as we need it to answer you and follow up on your project, and as long as our business records require.
Children’s privacy
Our website isn’t directed to children under 13.
